Customer Experience Agent

About the role

Kingbee is seeking a Customer Experience Agent to join its fast‑growing team in Buenos Aires. You will be the front‑line contact for users, delivering high‑quality support across multiple channels and helping to build lasting relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Provide prompt assistance to customers via email, live chat, and support tickets.
• Troubleshoot issues and guide users toward effective solutions.
• Collaborate with Product, Operations, and Fleet teams to resolve complex cases and improve internal processes.
• Identify recurring pain points and share insights to enhance service quality.
• Contribute to strengthening Kingbee’s reputation for reliability and excellence.

Required profile

• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Spanish.
• Empathetic, patient, and customer‑first mindset aligned with company values.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Experience with customer support platforms is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service, SaaS, e‑commerce, or tech support preferred.
