Customer Engagement Manager

About the role

The Customer Engagement Manager will lead Colgate‑Palmolive’s regional supply‑chain ecosystem in Buenos Aires, turning traditional customer service into strategic partnerships with key global accounts. You will drive end‑to‑end supply‑chain performance, leveraging data, AI and analytics to deliver cost‑effective order fulfillment and support business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead collaborative supply‑chain initiatives and Joint Business Plans with major accounts, participating in executive “Top to Top” meetings.
• Oversee regional order‑fulfillment processes, ensuring KPI targets are met while reducing total logistics cost‑to‑serve.
• Guide cross‑functional Customer Development Teams and coordinate with transport and warehouse operations to improve inventory availability and demand planning accuracy.
• Direct the regional Data, AI & Analytics team, using POS data and digital tools to future‑proof supply‑chain processes.
• Develop and coach a high‑performing customer service organization, setting goals, managing performance and creating development plans.
• Implement efficient minimum order quantities and optimize cost‑to‑serve models.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in customer service, sales or logistics operations.
• Advanced English proficiency (fluent).
• Proven ability to negotiate, influence senior stakeholders and drive joint business outcomes.

Required skills

• Strong proficiency with SAP and enterprise management systems.
