Creator & Community Manager

About the role

FlipaClip is seeking a Creator & Community Manager to grow and nurture relationships with animation creators worldwide. This remote position is open to candidates across Latin America and offers the chance to shape a global creator ecosystem while collaborating with Growth, Product, and Social teams.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and recruit animation creators on YouTube, TikTok, Instagram and other platforms.
• Evaluate creators using internal frameworks and maintain an organized creator database.
• Lead outreach, relationship management and ongoing communications with creators.
• Schedule, host and document Creator Talks, sharing insights internally.
• Coordinate creator campaigns from briefing through content delivery and publication.
• Review creator content for brand quality and campaign alignment.
• Monitor campaign performance using tracking links, promo codes and dashboards.
• Identify high‑performing creators and recommend partnership expansions.
• Collaborate with Growth, Product and Social teams to feed creator feedback into new content opportunities.
• Help plan and launch community initiatives such as contests, challenges and digital events.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in creator partnerships, influencer marketing, community or content marketing.
• Genuine passion for animation and creator culture.
• High‑energy, warm communicator comfortable on camera and in conversation.
• C1 or C2 English proficiency (written and spoken) – essential for clear communication.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple creator relationships simultaneously.
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
