Creative Strategist – Performance‑Driven Creative Lead

About the role

Lilo Social, a full‑funnel eCommerce growth agency, is looking for a Creative Strategist to own and scale performance‑driven creative testing for a portfolio of direct‑to‑consumer brands. You will guide the end‑to‑end creative process—from research and messaging frameworks to briefs, storyboards, and iterative optimisation—ensuring clients consistently discover winning concepts and achieve profitable spend.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct deep research by mining customer reviews, competitor ad libraries, audience pain points, and product differentiators to surface winning angles.
• Design and manage a structured creative testing roadmap with clear hypotheses, variables, iteration plans, and learning agendas.
• Write world‑class creative briefs that translate insights into actionable direction for designers and video editors, including hooks, messaging frameworks, visual concepts, format specs, and success criteria.
• Map the customer journey from awareness to purchase and craft compelling paid‑social concepts that drive performance.
• Provide UGC and production guidance, including shot lists, video scripts, creator direction, and content planning.
• Collaborate closely with design, video, media buying, and account teams while communicating strategy directly with clients.
