Creative Strategist – Performance Creative

About the role

We are looking for a Creative Strategist who will own the end‑to‑end creative strategy for D2C and e‑commerce accounts. Working side‑by‑side with US Growth Managers, you will turn data‑driven insights into high‑performing ad briefs and angles that drive revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct deep research, competitor teardowns and customer‑psychology analysis to generate winning creative angles.
• Write detailed ad briefs and brief designers/editors, ensuring clear execution without follow‑up.
• Produce 15‑20 production‑ready briefs per week across 5‑7 accounts while meeting strict handoff SLAs.
• Monitor ad performance metrics (spend, CPA, ROAS) and ensure each campaign exceeds 5× target CPA and meets or exceeds account average ROAS.
• Leverage a full AI stack to experiment with research workflows and creative variation generation.
• Collaborate in real‑time during US Eastern hours, providing direct feedback to the creative team.

Required profile

• 2+ years of performance‑creative experience for D2C or e‑commerce brands.
• Proven track record of writing briefs, developing angles and directing creative output that has run with real budget.
• Fluent written and spoken English; able to communicate briefs clearly to US editors.
• Full‑time availability on US Eastern hours and comfortable with a fast‑paced, metric‑driven environment.
