Creative Strategist

About the role

Power Digital is seeking a Creative Strategist to lead ideation on strategic accounts. The role focuses on developing paid social advertising that drives growth, brand awareness, and performance metrics for clients across ecommerce and consumer sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Conceptualize and pitch innovative paid‑social creative ideas aligned with client brand, goals, and market trends.
• Analyze historical performance data, ecommerce trends, and consumer behavior to inform creative strategy.
• Write scripts, oversee production, and manage the end‑to‑end execution of ads.
• Test and iterate creative assets quickly to improve CPA, CTR, ROAS, or brand awareness.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including media planners, analysts, and designers to ensure seamless delivery.

Required profile

• Self‑starter with a passion for growth‑focused advertising.
• Strong understanding of paid‑social best practices and performance metrics.
• Ability to act fast on successful creatives and pivot when results fall short.
• Excellent communication skills for client presentations and internal coordination.
