Creative Strategist

About the role

Power Digital is seeking a Creative Strategist to lead ideation on strategic accounts, focusing on paid social advertising that drives growth and brand awareness for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute paid social creative concepts aligned with client brand, performance goals, and market trends.
• Analyze historical data and ecommerce trends to inform creative decisions.
• Test, optimize, and iterate campaigns to improve CPA, CTR, ROAS, and brand metrics.
• Pitch new ideas and concepts to clients, write scripts, and oversee production and delivery of ads.
• Act quickly to capitalize on successful results or adjust under‑performing assets.

Required profile

• Self‑starter with a passion for growth‑focused creative work.
• Strong understanding of paid social best practices, consumer behavior, and ecommerce dynamics.
• Ability to translate data insights into compelling creative strategies.
• Excellent communication skills for client presentations and collaboration.
