Creative Strategist - Ecommerce Performance Marketing

About the role

We are looking for a Creative Strategist to drive ecommerce performance marketing across three DTC brands. Reporting to the CEO and later the Director of Performance Marketing, you will turn product ideas and market insights into profitable offers, funnels, landing pages and ad creative briefs.

Key responsibilities

• Generate fresh marketing angles, write long‑form sales copy, landing pages and ad creative briefs.
• Design and mock up new sales funnels, sequence the steps and hand them to development for build‑out.
• Lead new product launches by defining offers, upsells, funnel structures and creative direction.
• Conduct competitor teardowns, analyse ad libraries and top‑performing funnels, and translate findings into testable copy and creative.
• Collaborate with media buyers, creative managers, supply‑chain and development teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Base every brief on research, customer language and data‑driven insights.

Required profile

• Proven expertise in direct‑response copywriting across sales pages, advertorials, video scripts, headlines, email and SMS.
• Deep understanding of purchase psychology and ability to craft hooks that capture attention and convert traffic.
• Research‑oriented mindset that grounds creative work in customer intelligence and competitor analysis.
• Strong collaboration skills to work with cross‑functional teams and translate ideas into actionable assets.
