Creative Quality & Compliance Specialist

About the role

The Creative Quality & Compliance Specialist ensures that all creative assets produced for the Healthcare division meet regulatory, brand, and design standards before they reach medical, legal, and regulatory reviewers. Reporting to the Creative department, you will act as the final quality gate for ads, landing pages, emails, social content, and video.

Key responsibilities

• Review and approve creative deliverables for MLR compliance, brand consistency, and copy accuracy.
• Operate within Veeva Vault PromoMats to manage claims, annotations, references, and submission packages.
• Maintain and update deliverable trackers and coordinate feedback loops with client stakeholders.
• Support Creative Project Managers in managing timelines and task trafficking.
• Develop and refine quality standards to continuously raise the bar across the healthcare portfolio.

Required profile

• Advanced proficiency in spoken and written English.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Experience with regulatory compliance processes in a healthcare or marketing environment.
