Creative Project Manager

About the role

Innovid is seeking a Creative Project Manager to own the end‑to‑end lifecycle of creative projects across CTV, digital, linear and social channels. You will act as the primary coordinator between designers, developers, technical producers and client teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget and to client expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage project scope, resources, timelines, deliverables and success criteria for simple to intermediate creative projects.
• Collaborate with commercial teams to create estimates and statements of work.
• Generate and maintain project timelines, updating stakeholders regularly.
• Work with Technical Producers to define new frameworks and document project scope for clients.
• Create development tasks, submit them, and verify that deliverables meet defined requirements.
• Serve as the main client contact for scoping, ongoing management and delivery of creative assets.
• Version dynamic creative using the Creative Manager tool and Excel‑based methods, applying inline styles when needed.

Required profile

• 3+ years in a client‑facing project management role.
• 3+ years experience in a creative or ad‑tech environment.
• Strong ability to translate client requirements into actionable tasks for designers and developers.
• Excellent attention to detail and effective communication skills.
