Creative Producer Podcast & Short-Form Content

About the role

We are launching “The Modern Forwarder,” a podcast and short‑form content brand for the freight forwarding industry. We need a Creative Producer to run the entire content engine, from long‑form podcast episodes to bite‑size clips for LinkedIn, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts.

Key responsibilities

• Edit long‑form podcast episodes (audio and video) to a polished final product.
• Create short‑form clips that capture attention and encourage retention.
• Design episode thumbnails and artwork that reflect each show’s theme.
• Write clear show notes and manage uploads and distribution across platforms.
• Collaborate directly with the host to shape creative direction and storytelling.

Required profile

• Demonstrated podcast editing experience (samples required).
• Strong sense of pacing, hooks, and short‑form storytelling.
• Self‑directed, fast‑moving and opinionated about creative decisions.
• Reliable communicator across multiple time zones.
• Spanish proficiency is a plus but not mandatory.
