Creative Producer & Operations Manager – Remote DTC Brand

About the role

We are seeking a Creative Producer & Operations Manager to lead the production engine of a fast‑growing direct‑to‑consumer supplement brand. The role is fully remote and focuses on ensuring the creative team delivers high‑volume direct‑response video and static ads on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Own the weekly creative production calendar, tracking every asset from brief to final delivery.
• Develop and maintain SOPs that keep the team aligned and minimise back‑and‑forth.
• Identify and resolve pipeline bottlenecks before they cause delays.
• Provide first‑line revision feedback on video output, ensuring compliance with briefs and quality standards.
• Run weekly stand‑ups, coordinate with strategists, editors, graphic designers and the media buyer, and keep leadership informed of volume and blockers.

Required profile

• Proven experience in creative operations or production management at an 8‑figure DTC brand or performance‑marketing agency.
• Strong understanding of direct‑response video production, brief creation and revision processes.
• Ability to build and enforce production SOPs and manage project‑management tools.
