Creative Marketing Associate

About the role

As a Creative Marketing Associate you will join The Intern Group’s Marketing team to design and maintain digital and printed assets that reinforce the brand and support business growth. The position is fully remote, ideally based in LATAM (Buenos Aires, Medellín, Santiago, or elsewhere).

Key responsibilities

• Design and update a variety of digital and printed resources, including PDFs, banners, presentation decks, and other marketing collateral.
• Own end‑to‑end email marketing: ideation, design, scheduling, and deployment in partnership with the copywriter.
• Refresh and maintain visual elements on the website, ensuring consistency and freshness.
• Create compelling landing pages for events and campaigns.
• Collaborate with the social media team to produce static content for Instagram, Pinterest, and LinkedIn.
• Execute website iterations and other design‑related tasks as requested by the wider team.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of professional design experience.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
• High level of creativity and ability to produce top‑quality, engaging visual work.
• Comfort working remotely and collaborating across time zones.
