Coupa System Administrator

About the role

The Coupa System Administrator ensures the day‑to‑day stability, performance and user satisfaction of the Coupa spend‑management platform. You will monitor incidents, resolve technical issues, support end users and maintain system configurations to keep procurement processes running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor, log, prioritize and resolve incidents and service requests within SLA targets.
• Diagnose and fix procurement, invoicing and supplier‑related issues.
• Manage user roles, access rights and system configurations.
• Support change and release activities, including deployments and user acceptance testing.
• Communicate effectively with end users during incidents, changes and releases.
• Continuously improve support processes and documentation.

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer‑service mindset.
• Proven experience administering Coupa platforms.
• Good understanding of Source‑to‑Pay processes.
• Experience in incident management and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with ticketing tools.
