Counter Manager – Retail Sales & Team Leadership

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Counter Manager to lead, coach, and develop a team of Sales Associates in a fast‑paced beauty retail environment. You will own the store’s performance, driving sales, customer service, and operational targets through strategic planning and hands‑on leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute an agile business plan to attract and retain customers.
• Lead in‑store events, consumer insights initiatives, and front‑line marketing activities.
• Manage day‑to‑day operations, ensuring high standards of service and visual merchandising.
• Coach and mentor the sales team, holding them accountable for performance.
• Oversee financial planning, resource allocation, and reporting.

• Excellent verbal and written communication with strong interpersonal skills.
