About the role
We are seeking a dynamic Counter Manager to lead, coach and develop a team of Sales Associates, driving sales, customer service and operational targets in a fast‑paced retail environment.
Key responsibilities
- Create and execute an agile business plan to attract and retain customers through strategic targeting and in‑store events.
- Manage customer relationships, ensuring exceptional service and handling difficult situations with diplomacy.
- Lead, coach and hold the team accountable to achieve performance standards.
- Develop financial plans, manage resources and oversee business planning, consumer insights and front‑line marketing.
Required profile
- Proven leadership and coaching experience in retail.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Results‑oriented with a high drive to meet objectives.
- Ability to work autonomously and contribute positively to the team.
Required skills
- Working knowledge of a computerised system (including email).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
