Controllership Senior Analyst

About the role

Join Accenture's Controllership team in Buenos Aires to support critical accounting, financial reporting, compliance, and regulatory activities in a dynamic global environment. This position offers exposure to both US GAAP and local Argentine accounting standards while collaborating with finance stakeholders across multiple functions.

Key responsibilities

• Support global and local financial reporting, including statutory and regulatory reporting requirements.
• Participate in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports in compliance with accounting standards and internal policies.
• Assist with accounting policy interpretation, internal control activities, and compliance initiatives.
• Collaborate with finance teams on complex transactions, M&A integration, and audit documentation.
• Support billing, cash management, accounts receivable, and other operational finance processes.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in accounting, tax, controllership, or related areas.
• Knowledge of Argentine accounting regulations and local tax legislation.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP.
• Understanding of US GAAP and local statutory accounting frameworks.
