Control Management Analyst – Risk & Controls

About the role

As a Control Management Analyst you will help maintain a disciplined end‑to‑end control environment for the business line. You will identify, escalate and track control issues, working closely with stakeholders to ensure timely remediation and support a proactive risk culture.

Key responsibilities

• Support analysis of the business’s risk and control environment to pinpoint gaps and determine root causes.
• Partner with teams to design and test controls, ensuring they operate effectively.
• Assist in creating and executing evaluation scripts, documenting design and operational effectiveness.
• Manage the full lifecycle of issues and action plans, from capture through tracking to closure with appropriate evidence.
• Provide administrative support for Business Control Committees and Forums, including material preparation, data quality review, meeting invites and action‑item tracking.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 1‑3 years of relevant experience or internships in financial services, controls, audit, quality assurance, operational risk or compliance.
• Strong analytical mindset with a sense of urgency for issue resolution.
