Contract Litigation Attorney (Remote, LATAM/Caribbean)

About the role

BA Global Talent seeks a Contract Litigation Attorney to support a U.S.-based litigation boutique handling consumer class actions, complex commercial disputes, and related matters. The position is remote, targeting candidates located in Latin America or the Caribbean, and will focus on active class action cases approaching mediation or settlement.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct legal research across multiple issues and active class actions.
• Perform factual research, investigation, and analysis.
• Review large‑volume and complex document productions.
• Support mediation and settlement preparation.
• Assist attorneys on related class action cases.
• Provide attorney‑credentialed support for court filings, mediation, settlement, and fee documentation.

Required profile

• Law degree.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in litigation, class actions, or legal practice.
• Based in Latin America or the Caribbean.
• Strong factual research and investigative abilities.
• Experience with large‑scale document review.
• Ability to manage multiple research and review tasks independently.
• Strong verbal and written English.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Possible exposure to legal research platforms.
• Availability to work on Eastern Time schedule, full‑time, on a 1‑month project basis.
