Contract Lawyer (Remote, Argentina)

About the role

Moritz is a technology‑focused legal platform seeking experienced contract lawyers to join its curated network of independent attorneys. This remote, project‑based position allows you to work with leading tech companies on a flexible schedule while delivering high‑quality commercial legal work.

Key responsibilities

• Review, draft, and redline a variety of commercial agreements, including SaaS contracts, vendor and supplier agreements, NDAs, data‑processing agreements, and general terms and conditions.
• Advise clients on contract terms, risk exposure, and negotiation strategies.
• Provide precise, high‑quality legal output with efficient turnaround times.

Required profile

• Licensed abogado/abogada in Argentina, in good standing with the applicable Bar Association.
• Minimum 5 years of experience focused on commercial contracts.
• Background at a top‑tier law firm or as in‑house counsel for a technology company.
• Strong expertise in drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
• Active professional liability (malpractice) insurance.
