About the role

Join Chevron's Global Business Services in Buenos Aires as a Contract Advisor Intern. You will support the contracting team for a 12‑month period, gaining hands‑on experience in supplier management, contract administration, and financial tracking within a leading energy company.

Key responsibilities

• Manage supplier registration and conduct due‑diligence checks.
• Track e‑orders, confirm supplier acceptance, and follow up on invoices and payments.
• Provide analytical support for contract planning and price analysis.
• Prepare performance reports and maintain the electronic contract portfolio.
• Assist internal users throughout the contracting process and ensure compliance with sector procedures.
• Organize and maintain documents in SharePoint.
• Maintain catalogs, construct new ones, and update existing entries.
• Prepare tenders, validate offers, and perform primary analysis of proposals.
• Control contracts pending finalization and monitor invoice/payment tracking.

Required profile

• Enrolled in the 3rd year of Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Engineering, Law or a related field.
• Proficient with the Microsoft Office suite.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Available for 20 hours per week over a 12‑month internship, with a possible 6‑month extension.
• Based in Puerto Madero, Buenos Aires.
