Content Strategist / Showrunner

About the role

We are building a founder‑led media brand that will position Spiralyze as the go‑to authority on A/B testing and experimentation. As the Content Strategist / Showrunner you will turn proprietary data and the Founder’s expertise into a continuous stream of high‑impact content for LinkedIn and YouTube.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and own the editorial calendar, creating recurring series and formats that reinforce our data‑backed positioning.
• Run bi‑weekly sessions with the Founder to extract insights and transform them into LinkedIn posts, video scripts, and content briefs.
• Write or ghostwrite 4–5 LinkedIn posts per week and scripts for 1–2 YouTube videos, crafting hooks and clear narratives.
• Direct a videographer, graphic designer, and editors, providing creative briefs and ensuring premium‑quality output.
• Track performance metrics, analyse engagement data, and iterate on formats to maximise reach and pipeline attribution.

Required profile

• Proven experience building founder‑led brands or editorial platforms.
• Strategic thinker who can act as editor‑in‑chief and brand architect.
• Comfortable collaborating directly with a founder and translating complex data into compelling stories.
• Strong leadership skills to guide a small creative production team.
