Content Production Specialist

About the role

The Content Production Specialist ensures high‑quality, accurate consumer‑technology content for Spanish‑language audiences and supports English‑language publishing. Working remotely with a global team, you will influence the customer experience across IoT devices, smartphones, and smart home products.

Key responsibilities

• Perform QA reviews of Spanish‑language manuals, how‑to guides, videos and blog posts, checking accuracy, grammar, formatting and device associations.
• Support English‑language content by reviewing, approving or rejecting items in the CMS and providing actionable feedback.
• Translate or review AI‑generated translations from English to Spanish to ensure quality.
• Identify content gaps, missing device coverage and opportunities for improvement.
• Stay updated on emerging technology trends and new product releases.

Required profile

• Fluent in both Spanish and English with excellent written communication.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset and experience in content QA or technical writing.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
• Experience managing workloads with minimal supervision.
