Content Manager – LATAM

About the role

Payoneer is seeking a Content Manager to lead its regional content strategy across the LATAM market. Based in Buenos Aires with a hybrid work model, the role reports to the Senior Director of Regional Marketing and focuses on driving awareness, positioning, and pipeline for key personas in Brazil, Mexico, Colombia, Argentina and Chile.

Key responsibilities

• Own and defend the LATAM content strategy, linking content output to business KPIs such as pipeline contribution, activation and retention.
• Write and produce high‑impact content including blogs, thought‑leadership pieces, web and landing‑page copy, campaign assets, email nurtures, testimonials, case studies and social posts.
• Develop positioning that addresses LATAM‑specific pain points (FX volatility, USD access, cross‑border payment friction, informal economy).
• Lead localization of web, blog, email, campaign and product content into native Spanish and Portuguese, ensuring conversion‑focused copy.
• Design and execute SEO/AEO strategies tailored to LATAM search behavior and build earned‑media relationships with local fintech and business outlets.
• Manage agency and partner ecosystem, briefing, coordinating and quality‑assuring content, PR and social deliverables.
• Serve as the intelligence layer between LATAM and global teams, surfacing local trends, competitive moves and regulatory shifts.

Required profile

• Proven experience developing and executing content strategies for the LATAM region.
• Strong copywriting skills with a focus on conversion and business impact.
• Fluency in Spanish and Portuguese, with the ability to produce native‑level content.
• Solid understanding of fintech or financial‑services markets and the challenges faced by SMBs, freelancers and marketplace sellers.
• Experience managing external agencies and partners to deliver measurable outcomes.
• Knowledge of SEO/AEO best practices and ability to adapt them to regional search behavior.
