Content Funnel Marketing Manager (Remote)

About the role

UpCounting is looking for a seasoned Content Funnel Marketing Manager to design, execute, and optimise the content engine behind two high‑growth funnels: the company’s client acquisition pipeline and the personal brand of co‑founder Abir. This fully remote position blends strategic thinking with hands‑on production, directly influencing how the business attracts and converts ideal customers.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end content operation: ideation, scripting, production, distribution, and analytics across short‑form video, long‑form posts, email sequences, and webinars.
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the target avatar and craft messaging without needing a brief.
• Build repeatable content systems and production rhythms that run consistently.
• Manage the content side of the growth funnel, from awareness to conversion, tied to lead magnets, webinars, and high‑ticket offers.
• Analyse performance data, identify drop‑off points, and iterate distribution strategies across LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, X, and email.
• Collaborate with the automation team to feed and document frameworks that scale.

Required profile

• 5+ years in content marketing or growth marketing, with a proven track record building content strategies from scratch in coaching, info‑product, or consulting businesses.
• Self‑driven, able to set high standards and deliver results without external pressure.
• Strong analytical mindset, comfortable turning data into actionable recommendations.
