Content Funnel Marketing Manager | 100% Remote

About the role

UpCounting is seeking a seasoned Content Funnel Marketing Manager to own and execute the content engine behind two growth funnels: the company’s client acquisition and the personal brand of co‑founder Abir. This fully remote position blends strategic planning with hands‑on production, directly influencing how the business attracts and converts high‑value clients.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the end‑to‑end content operation: ideation, scripting, production, distribution, and analytics across short‑form video, long‑form posts, email sequences, and webinars.
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the target avatar and craft messaging without needing a brief.
• Build and sustain a repeatable content system and production rhythm.
• Own the content side of the growth funnel, from awareness to conversion, and continuously optimize based on performance data.
• Design distribution strategies for LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, X (Twitter), and email.
• Track performance metrics, diagnose drop‑offs, and feed insights into an evolving automation infrastructure.

Required profile

• 5+ years in content marketing or growth marketing, with significant experience running the function independently for a coaching, info‑product, or consulting brand.
• Self‑starter who sets high standards, drives results without external pressure, and thrives in a remote, autonomous environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data‑driven decisions.
