Consumer Goods & Retail Strategy Consultant

About the role

Join Accenture's Strategy & Consulting Global Network to help leading Consumer Goods and Retail clients design and implement transformation strategies. You will work on cross‑functional projects that blend business expertise, technology, data, and AI.

Key responsibilities

• Support business and technology transformation initiatives for global Consumer Goods and Retail clients.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Digital Commerce, Retail, Supply Chain, and Analytics to translate challenges into recommendations, business cases, and roadmaps.
• Design and implement new capabilities, processes, operating models, and technology solutions.
• Conduct research, business analysis, process assessments, and data‑driven problem solving.
• Identify opportunities to leverage data, automation, and AI to improve performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in management, strategy, or technology consulting, preferably with Consumer Goods or Retail clients.
• Strong analytical mindset, problem‑solving abilities, and excellent communication skills.
• Advanced written and spoken English.

Required skills

• Experience with enterprise platforms such as Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud, SAP, RELEX, o9 Solutions or similar.
• Familiarity with generative AI, automation, advanced analytics, and AI‑enabled tools.
