Consultant – Strategy Experience for Restaurant SaaS

About the role

Loop is looking for a Consultant to own post‑sale relationships with multi‑unit restaurant and franchise accounts. You will be the single point of contact from go‑live onward, ensuring the software is configured, adopted, and delivers measurable financial and operational impact.

Key responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of restaurant accounts, driving implementation, onboarding, and configuration of product integrations.
• Transform messy operational and financial data into actionable insights and business reviews for owners and CFOs.
• Continuously monitor account health, identify usage risks, and execute renewal and expansion motions.
• Tri­age escalations, reproduce issues using billing, Salesforce, call history, and product data, and coordinate resolutions with engineering.
• Act as the voice of the customer with product and engineering teams, translating recurring pain points into prioritized product feedback.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of experience at Bain, McKinsey, BCG, or a comparable top‑tier strategy firm (hard requirement).
• Comfortable owning end‑to‑end customer relationships and accountable for measurable outcomes.
• Strong quantitative and analytical abilities; able to build clean models and defend numbers.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel for modeling and reconciliation.
• Experience with Salesforce for tracking customer interactions and issues.
