Construction Estimator – Heavy Equipment, Metal Studs, Masonry

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Construction Estimator to support US‑based commercial construction projects, performing detailed digital takeoffs and cost estimates across multiple trade scopes. The role is fully remote, serving clients in the United States during Central Time business hours.

Key responsibilities

• Perform detailed digital quantity takeoffs for heavy equipment, metal studs, brick/block masonry, stucco and other commercial trades.
• Prepare accurate material, labor and overall project cost estimates using Bluebeam, PlanSwift and On‑Screen Takeoff.
• Review and interpret construction drawings, specifications and scope documents to identify exclusions, gaps and estimating risks.
• Coordinate with US‑based business owners and project managers regarding project scope and requirements.
• Meet estimating deadlines while maintaining high accuracy and completeness.

Required profile

• 3–10+ years of direct construction estimating experience on US commercial projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• Fluent English communication, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment during US Central Time business hours.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with Bluebeam.
• Advanced proficiency with PlanSwift.
• Advanced proficiency with On‑Screen Takeoff (OST).
