Community Manager

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Community Manager to join VML’s automotive‑focused team. The role will support the brand’s social presence, engage audiences, and turn insights into stronger content strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and moderate all social media channels to protect and enhance the brand image.
• Develop and manage the final content calendar in partnership with the creative team.
• Schedule, publish, and monitor posts across platforms, ensuring timely execution.
• Monitor social conversations to spot trends, opportunities, and potential risks.
• Facilitate Q&A sessions and foster meaningful audience interaction.
• Keep social profiles up‑to‑date with visuals, descriptions and contact information.
• Provide real‑time support during events and coordinate live coverage.
• Identify and collaborate with automotive influencers.
• Analyse audience feedback and deliver actionable insights for content optimisation.
• Experiment with emerging platforms, tools and formats to keep the brand ahead of trends.
• Assist Account Executives with client communications as needed.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience or a strong interest in the automotive industry.
• Excellent organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
