Communications Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Communications Specialist to join our global team. In this role you will act as a trusted advisor to senior business leaders, translating strategic priorities into clear, impactful communication plans that drive alignment and organizational change.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with VP and C‑level stakeholders to develop and execute communication strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Lead strategic communications planning, offering consulting support to internal leaders.
• Design and deliver change‑management and transformation communications that support organizational shifts.
• Maintain executive presence and influence outcomes within complex matrix environments.
• Adapt communication strategies to evolving business needs and apply AI tools to enhance productivity and adoption.
• Balance advisory work with hands‑on delivery, producing high‑quality communication outputs for key initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience, including at least 2 years in a lead, manager or coordinator role.
• Experience leading a team of 20+ employees.
• Proven ability to advise VP and C‑level stakeholders.
• Strong business acumen and rapid grasp of organizational priorities.
• Executive presence with influence in complex matrix organizations.
• Outcomes‑oriented mindset and continuous‑improvement approach.
• Advanced English communication skills (C1 or higher).
