Communications Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Communications Specialist to act as a trusted advisor to senior business leaders. The role translates business priorities into communication strategies that drive alignment, support organizational change and deliver measurable outcomes. You will work closely with VP and C‑level stakeholders across a global, matrixed environment.

Key responsibilities

• Interpret organizational priorities and shape communications accordingly.
• Provide strategic advisory support to VP and C‑level leaders on all communication matters.
• Lead the planning and execution of change‑management and transformation communications.
• Develop and refine communication strategies to reflect evolving business needs.
• Leverage AI tools to enhance communication effectiveness, productivity and adoption of new practices.
• Balance strategic consulting with hands‑on creation of communication deliverables.
• Maintain an outcomes‑focused mindset and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience.
• At least 2 years in a lead, manager or coordinator role.
• Experience overseeing a team of 20 + employees.
• Proven track record advising VP and C‑level stakeholders.
• Strong business acumen and ability to quickly interpret priorities.
• Executive presence and influence within complex matrix organizations.
• Advanced English communication skills (C1 or higher).
