Communications Specialist

About the role

EPAM is looking for a Communications Specialist to act as a trusted advisor to senior business leaders. You will translate business priorities into communication strategies that drive alignment, support organizational change, and deliver measurable business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Apply strong business acumen to quickly understand organizational priorities and align communications accordingly.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to VP and C‑level stakeholders on communication matters.
• Lead strategic communications planning and provide consulting to internal leaders.
• Design and deliver change‑management and transformation communications.
• Demonstrate executive presence and influence outcomes within complex matrix organizations.
• Shape and evolve communications strategies in response to changing business needs.
• Leverage AI to strengthen communications strategies, boost productivity, and accelerate adoption of new practices.
• Maintain an outcomes‑oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Move seamlessly between strategic advisory work and hands‑on execution, producing high‑quality outputs.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience.
• At least 2 years in lead, manager or coordinator roles.
• Experience leading a team of 20 or more employees.
• Proven ability to advise VP and C‑level stakeholders.
• Strong business acumen and executive presence.
• Advanced English communication skills (C1 or higher).
