Communications Specialist

About the role

EPAM is looking for a Communications Specialist to act as a trusted advisor to senior business leaders. You will translate business priorities into communication strategies that drive alignment, support organizational change, and deliver measurable outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Interpret organizational priorities quickly and shape communications around them.
• Advise VP and C‑level stakeholders on all communication‑related topics.
• Lead strategic communications planning and provide consulting support to internal leaders.
• Design and launch change‑management and transformation communications.
• Use AI tools to reinforce strategies, increase productivity, and accelerate adoption of new practices.
• Balance strategic advisory work with hands‑on execution, delivering high‑quality outputs.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience.
• At least 2 years in lead, manager or coordinator roles.
• Experience overseeing a team of 20+ employees.
• Proven track record advising VP and C‑level stakeholders.
• Strong business acumen and ability to interpret priorities swiftly.
• Advanced spoken and written English (C1 or higher).
