Communications Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Communications Specialist to join our global team. In this role you will act as a trusted advisor to senior business leaders, translating business priorities into communication strategies that drive alignment, organizational change, and measurable outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Use strong business acumen to quickly understand organizational priorities and align communications accordingly.
• Advise VP and C‑level stakeholders on all communication‑related matters.
• Lead strategic communications planning and provide consulting support to internal leaders.
• Design and deliver change‑management and transformation communications that support organizational shifts.
• Demonstrate executive presence and influence outcomes within complex matrix environments.
• Adapt communications strategies to evolving business needs.
• Leverage AI tools to reinforce strategies, boost productivity, and accelerate adoption of new practices.
• Maintain an outcomes‑oriented mindset focused on continuous improvement.
• Transition smoothly between strategic advisory work and hands‑on delivery, producing high‑quality communications outputs.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience.
• At least 2 years in lead, manager or coordinator roles.
• Experience leading a team of 20+ employees.
• Proven ability to advise VP and C‑level leaders.
• Strong business acumen and quick grasp of organizational priorities.
• Executive presence with influence in matrixed organizations.
• Outcomes‑oriented mindset and continuous‑improvement approach.
• Advanced spoken and written English (C1 or higher).
