Communications Manager – Strategic Advisor to Senior Leaders

About the role

EPAM is seeking a Communications Manager to act as a trusted advisor to senior business leaders. You will translate business priorities into communication strategies that drive alignment, support organizational change, and deliver measurable outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Use strong business acumen to quickly understand organizational priorities and align communications accordingly.
• Advise VP and C‑level stakeholders on all communication‑related matters.
• Develop and execute strategic communications plans, providing consulting support to internal leaders.
• Design and deliver change‑management and transformation communications.
• Demonstrate executive presence and influence within complex matrix organizations.
• Adapt communications strategies to evolving business needs.
• Leverage AI to enhance communications, improve productivity, and accelerate adoption of new practices.
• Maintain an outcomes‑oriented mindset focused on continuous improvement.
• Transition seamlessly between strategic advisory work and hands‑on delivery, producing high‑quality outputs.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of relevant professional experience.
• At least 2 years in a lead, manager or coordinator role.
• Minimum 5 years of experience leading a team.
• Proven ability to advise VP and C‑level stakeholders.
• Strong business acumen and rapid grasp of organizational priorities.
• Executive presence with influence in matrix environments.
• Outcomes‑oriented mindset and continuous‑improvement approach.
• Advanced spoken and written English (C1 or higher).
