Commercial Masonry Estimator (Entry to Mid-Level)

About the role

We are seeking an Entry‑to‑Mid‑Level Commercial Masonry Estimator to work remotely on projects across the southeastern United States. The role focuses on accurate takeoffs and bid preparation for commercial masonry work, supporting large general‑contractor contracts.

Key responsibilities

• Complete project takeoffs for commercial masonry work, including CMU, brick and cast‑iron components.
• Provide accurate bid information and cost estimates for large general‑contractor projects.
• Deliver detailed takeoff documentation to support bid submissions.
• Collaborate remotely with the internal team to meet project deadlines.
• Work on turnkey projects throughout Mississippi, Alabama and Florida.

Required profile

• 2‑5+ years of experience estimating U.S. construction projects.
• Civil engineering background or equivalent masonry/construction estimating experience.
• Fluent English and ability to work remotely in the Central Time Zone.
• Proven accuracy and reliability of bid information (performance judged on estimate quality).
• Willingness to start with test projects to validate fit.

Required skills

• Proficiency in commercial masonry takeoff methodologies.
• Experience with CMU, brick and cast‑iron material estimation.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and deliver consistent quality.
