Commercial Management Analyst/Consultant – Life Sciences

About the role

Join Accenture's Strategy & Consulting team to help leading pharmaceutical, biotech and medical‑device companies design and execute commercial strategies. You will work on multi‑channel engagement models, drive digital reinvention and support commercial transformation initiatives across the Life Sciences sector.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with global Life Sciences clients to design and implement commercial strategies and multi‑channel engagement models.
• Lead commercial reinvention initiatives, define operating models and drive process improvements.
• Enable CRM implementations and digital engagement solutions.
• Contribute to business development, proposal preparation and thought‑leadership assets for the Life Sciences Commercial practice.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (MBA or postgraduate degree is a plus) in Business Administration, Marketing, Commercialization/Sales Management, International Business, Industrial Engineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences (commercial focus), Digital Marketing/E‑commerce, Information Systems or Business Analytics.
• 1–3+ years of experience in Life Sciences or consulting for Analyst level, or 3–10+ years for Consultant level.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
