Commercial Deployment Specialist

About the role

Join a fast‑moving commercial team that is transforming the business toward a smoke‑free future. As a Commercial Deployment Specialist you will ensure that sales platforms, product configurations and related processes are correctly set up and continuously improved.

Key responsibilities

• Operate sales platforms and support system configuration, including surveys, sales policies, route restructuring and role creation.
• Train the Sales Force on applications such as PowerStreet and other market‑specific tools.
• Analyse and implement process standardisation and new system functionalities.
• Maintain and reconcile customer itineraries across platforms on a quarterly basis.
• Configure products end‑to‑end in SAP, coordinating with supply‑chain, finance, tax and commercial teams.
• Lead UAT for SAP inbound/outbound flows and related invoicing systems.
• Provide ongoing training and support to commercial and field teams, escalating incidents to vendors and ensuring resolution.

Required profile

• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Strong analytical, organisational and problem‑solving abilities.
• High attention to detail and customer‑oriented mindset.
• Proven ability to deliver results and work collaboratively.
• Availability to work shifts (11 AM – 7 PM).
