Commercial Counsel – LATAM

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Counsel to join ElevenLabs’ Legal Team covering Latin America. The role will support complex commercial transactions, including SaaS, licensing and strategic partnership agreements, while helping the company navigate the diverse legal and regulatory frameworks that apply to artificial‑intelligence technologies in the region.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate commercial contracts such as SaaS agreements, licensing deals and partnership arrangements across LATAM.
• Provide legal guidance on regulatory compliance and emerging AI‑related legislation in each jurisdiction.
• Collaborate with global legal and business teams to deliver practical, business‑focused solutions.
• Monitor and advise on risk associated with commercial activities and strategic initiatives.

Required profile

• Qualified lawyer with several years of experience in commercial law.
• Demonstrated expertise in SaaS, licensing and partnership contracts.
• Strong understanding of legal and regulatory environments in Latin America.
• Ability to work closely with cross‑functional and international teams.

Required skills

• Commercial contract drafting and negotiation.

• Knowledge of SaaS and licensing legal frameworks.
