Commercial Counsel – EMEA

About the role

ElevenLabs is looking for an experienced Commercial Counsel to join its Legal Team covering the EMEA region. The role focuses on supporting complex commercial transactions across Europe, including SaaS, licensing, and strategic partnerships, while navigating the evolving legal and regulatory landscape of artificial intelligence.

Key responsibilities

• Support and negotiate complex commercial agreements across Europe, such as SaaS contracts, licensing deals, and strategic partnership arrangements.
• Provide practical legal advice to business units on AI‑related regulatory requirements and compliance.
• Collaborate with global colleagues to ensure consistent legal standards and risk management.
• Draft, review, and revise commercial contracts to protect company interests.
• Monitor changes in European law that affect the company’s AI products and services.

Required profile

• Significant experience as a commercial counsel or lawyer handling cross‑border transactions.
• Strong knowledge of European commercial law, SaaS licensing, and AI regulatory frameworks.
• Ability to work autonomously and provide business‑focused legal solutions.
