Commercial Capability Building Specialist – Instructional Designer

About the role

Join PMI’s transformation journey as a Commercial Capability Building Specialist – Instructional Designer. You will create high‑impact learning experiences that support both B2B and B2C audiences, helping the company move toward a smoke‑free future.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop interactive learning solutions such as online trainings, videos, manuals, infographics, and quizzes.
• Apply instructional design methodologies (ADDIE, SAM, Design Thinking) to boost engagement, retention, and effectiveness.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify training needs and produce tailored content.
• Manage end‑to‑end training projects, ensuring timely delivery and high‑quality standards.
• Analyze feedback and KPIs to continuously improve learning solutions.
• Support planning and production of training materials aligned with commercial cycles.
• Drive standardization, process improvements, and contribute to capability‑related initiatives.

Required profile

• University degree or advanced studies in Marketing, HR, Graphic Design, Business Administration or related fields.
• 2+ years of experience in instructional design or training development.
• Strong storytelling, communication and presentation skills.
• Advanced English (written and spoken); Portuguese is a plus.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders, with attention to detail and a continuous‑improvement mindset.

Required skills

• Articulate 360, Storyline, LMS platforms.
• Adobe Premiere, Adobe Illustrator.
• Canva, Vyond, Synthesia, PowerPoint, Clipchamp.
• AI tools for content creation.
• Microsoft 365 with strong Excel proficiency.
