Cold Caller / Appointment Setter (Remote)

About the role

Green Team Oil is seeking a motivated Cold Caller and Appointment Setter to join its remote team. You will help expand the company’s biodiesel mission by connecting restaurants with a service that collects used cooking oil and turns it into sustainable fuel.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct high‑volume outbound cold calls to restaurant owners and operators in Argentina.
• Manage callbacks and tasks in Close CRM with precise data entry.
• Qualify prospects and schedule 2–5 appointments per day.
• Overcome gatekeeper objections and follow approved scripts while remaining adaptable to feedback.
• Maintain daily call volume during the initial one‑month pilot and meet weekly quota targets.

Required profile

• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (conversational level acceptable).
• At least 2 years of sales or cold‑calling experience.
• Strong phone etiquette and ability to work independently.
