Clinical Trial Educator – Argentina

About the role

Clinical Trial Educators (CTEs) in Argentina partner with research sites and internal teams to boost patient recruitment and deliver study‑specific training. The role acts as a strategic liaison, ensuring sites have the resources and knowledge to meet enrollment targets while maintaining high scientific standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement site‑specific action plans to accelerate patient recruitment and support procedural training.
• Identify recruitment barriers, propose creative solutions, and coordinate with sponsors and stakeholders.
• Provide education and best‑practice guidance to healthcare professionals and site staff on trial protocols.
• Conduct recruitment training sessions and raise awareness of study pathways across departments.
• Maintain and analyse site records to optimise pre‑screening, screening and enrollment processes.
• Complete internal electronic reporting, organise group events and manage objections.
• Stay current on therapeutic area knowledge and relevant regulatory guidelines.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences or related field (or equivalent professional qualification).
• Registered Nurse or other healthcare professional background; experience as Study Coordinator, Clinical Research Coordinator, Clinical Trial Liaison or CRA preferred.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work independently.
• High flexibility for travel (up to 70%) and a collaborative, customer‑service mindset.
• Willingness to mentor colleagues and uphold IQVIA’s values.
