Clinical Trial Coordinator

About the role

Join a global team supporting leading pharmaceutical and biotech companies in delivering clinical trials across more than 100 countries. As a Senior Clinical Trial Coordinator you will provide both administrative and technical support to project teams, acting as a cross‑functional liaison and, when required, a study lead.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee assigned trial activities according to the task matrix (central or local).
• Maintain study documentation, including eTMF updates, system access, and vendor trackers.
• Process and review documents for the client eTMF, perform mass mailings, and manage regulatory document transmission.
• Support training and onboarding of new staff and contribute to process‑improvement initiatives.
• Analyze study metrics, reconcile findings reports, and assist with resolution of site documentation issues.
• Assist with preparation and distribution of Investigator Site Files, pharmacy binders, and translation materials.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent plus a relevant vocational qualification; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Approximately four years of relevant experience in clinical trial coordination or a comparable combination of education and experience.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks.

Required skills

• Proficiency with electronic trial master file systems (eTMF).
• Experience using GoBalto or similar document‑management platforms.
