Clinical Sales Representative – Robotic Surgery

About the role

Edge Medical is seeking a Clinical Sales Representative to drive adoption of its robotic surgical system. You will support surgeons and hospital teams from system installation through routine clinical use, ensuring successful outcomes and increased procedure volume.

Key responsibilities

• Provide clinical support during robotic surgical procedures and assist with first cases.
• Deliver product training for surgeons, nurses, and operating‑room staff.
• Support system installation, program launch, and customer onboarding.
• Conduct product demonstrations, evaluations, and clinical trials.
• Build and maintain relationships with surgeons, KOLs, and hospital clinical teams.
• Collect feedback, communicate market requirements, and work closely with Capital Sales.
• Participate in workshops, cadaver labs, conferences, and scientific meetings.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Biomedical Engineering, Medicine, or related field.
• Experience supporting robotic surgery or advanced surgical devices.
• Strong understanding of operating‑room workflow and training experience.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, fluent English.
• Willingness to travel extensively.

Required skills

• Robotic surgical systems (e.g., Intuitive Surgical, CMR Surgical, Medtronic Hugo).
• Surgical navigation and advanced surgical devices.
