Clinical Research Associate (CRA II / Sr) – Remote, Buenos Aires

About the role

Syneos Health is seeking an experienced Clinical Research Associate (CRA II or Senior) to work remotely from Buenos Aires. The CRA will be dedicated to sponsor‑managed studies, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and study protocols while supporting site activities from qualification through close‑out.

Key responsibilities

• Perform site qualification, initiation, interim monitoring, and close‑out visits either on‑site or remotely.
• Assess site performance, identify deviations, and develop corrective action plans.
• Verify informed consent processes and protect patient confidentiality.
• Conduct source document review, ensure accurate CRF entry, and resolve queries within agreed timelines.
• Apply ICH‑GCP and Good Pharmacoepidemiology Practice guidelines to all monitoring activities.

Required profile

• Minimum 2‑3 years of CRA experience, preferably with sponsor‑dedicated studies.
• Strong knowledge of ICH‑GCP, GPP and relevant local regulations.
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to assess data integrity and patient safety.
• Effective communication skills for remote interaction with site staff.

Required skills

• Proficiency in applying ICH‑GCP and Good Pharmacoepidemiology Practice guidelines.
• Experience with source document review and CRF data verification.
• Ability to use monitoring software and electronic data capture tools.
