Client Support Team Lead – Tax Solutions Software

About the role

We are seeking a Client Support Team Lead to oversee the Tax Utility community of users within S&P Global's Tax Solutions portfolio. The role combines hands‑on troubleshooting with leadership of a small client‑facing team, ensuring a high‑quality experience for US‑based clients.

Key responsibilities

• Coach, mentor, and develop a small support team, including onboarding new hires and planning career growth.
• Collaborate with Tax Solutions CS leadership to define regional support coverage and manage client relationships.
• Act as the primary escalation point for US clients, handling complex queries and coordinating with subject‑matter experts.
• Deliver product demonstrations to current and prospective clients to drive adoption and support sales initiatives.
• Maintain detailed documentation of client interactions, resolutions, and feedback.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
• 2‑5 years of experience in client outreach, regulatory compliance, or financial data operations.
• Strong analytical and interpersonal abilities, with a detail‑oriented, task‑driven work ethic.
• Willingness to attend an in‑person interview at a nearby S&P Global office before an offer is extended.
