Client Success & Content Manager

About the role

Synchro Social is a social media agency that supports impact‑driven coaches, thought leaders and entrepreneurs. The Client Success & Content Manager ensures clients feel supported, projects are delivered on time, and AI‑driven content production runs smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain clear, proactive communication with clients and keep them updated without needing follow‑up.
• Gather client inputs (ideas, footage, feedback) and move them through the production pipeline.
• Direct AI agents (e.g., Claude) to create videos and graphics, then review all output before delivery.
• Coordinate editors, designers and writers, ensuring no bottlenecks in the workflow.
• Own content calendars, deadlines and deliverables for assigned clients.

Required profile

• Strong organizational and relationship‑management skills; ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Experience in account management, content operations, project coordination or social‑media agency work.
• Fluent English with excellent written and verbal communication.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience prompting and directing AI tools, especially Claude.
• Proficiency with Notion, Slack and G‑Suite.
