Client Services Associate – Medical Devices

About the role

The Client Services Associate will be the first point of contact for existing clients in the medical devices sector, coordinating translation projects from initiation to delivery. This on‑site role supports the production team and ensures high‑quality, on‑time results while maintaining strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to client requests for new projects through centralized technology.
• Collaborate with production team members to assess scope, estimate costs and timelines, and set project budgets.
• Initiate project work by providing detailed instructions, schedules, and anticipating potential roadblocks.
• Address and resolve pitfalls with clients before handing projects to production.
• Monitor project progress, enforce deadlines and budgets, and deliver high‑quality outputs.
• Serve as the central liaison between external client contacts and internal staff.
• Ensure compliance with internal regulations and ISO standards.
• Troubleshoot problem projects, investigate client complaints, and creatively resolve issues.

Required profile

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical abilities.
• Significant customer service and/or project management experience.
• Strong interpersonal, time‑management and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work effectively in a team.
• Willingness to learn new concepts, embrace challenges and thrive on success.
• Preferred: Business degree or extensive customer‑service background.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of MS Office.
